<p><strong>He was transferred to Atakent Cihan Hospital for treatment after being rescued from under the rubble in the Kahramanmaras earthquake centered in Kahramanmaraş. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Şükrü İnan and Prof. Dr. Bilgehan Tosun operated on 13-year-old E.A. and reported that he was in good health.</strong></p> <p>E.A., who suffered multiple fractures at multiple levels in his lumbar vertebrae due to the blows he received in the earthquake and consequently suffered from lumbar slippage and hunchback, was treated at Atakent Cihan Hospital by Neurosurgery Specialist Opr. Dr. Mehmet Şükrü İnan and Orthopedics and Traumatology Specialist Prof. Dr. Bilgehan Tosun operated on him. During the operation, the fractured vertebrae were fully fixed and treated; at the same time, lumbar slippage and spinal curvature were corrected in a single session, especially with the preferred growth-friendly surgical techniques. Thus, possible movement limitations in the future were prevented.</p> <p>E.A., who started walking one day after the successful surgery, is reported to be in good health. It was stated that E.A., who did not have any early complications, could be discharged in a short time.</p>
